MARINENVIRONMENT service, that is the website www.marinenvironment.com, its mobile applications for iOS and Android, and all their content (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") are prepared and will be governed according to the laws in force in the Italian Republic. The User is required to carefully read the terms and conditions shown below. In the case where the User does not wish to accept them, in whole or in part, it is required to it stop consulting the website.
Use of the Service
The contents of the Service are owned by Links Management and Technology S.p.a. and Centro Euro-Mediterraneo sui Cambiamenti Climatici S.c.ar.l. (hereinafter referred to as the "Manager") that manage them reserving, with full discretion within the legal limits, the right to modify, suspend or cancel, freely and without notice, the terms, conditions or contents of this website.
The information provided does not constitute and is not intended as advice. The Manager shall publish the usual material in the website and in the application as part of its disclosure activity. Therefore, it does not guarantee that the contents might be eligible for any purpose and/or special use of the Users and is not responsible for any damages or lost profits resulting from the information contained in the website by the Users. The information contained must always be used as criteria of a general nature that may not apply if the User is required to assess them independently, taking the exclusive responsibility of its active and omission conduct.
Disclaimer on access and use of the contents of the Service
The Manager ensures that the service is configured and whenever possible it will be managed using all reasonable technique and tool appropriate to ensure a correct and continuous operation of the same. However, also in relation to the current state of knowledge and technology, the Manager cannot exclude that sometimes there will be malfunctions and/or defects in data transmission and delivery of computing services.
By accessing the Service, the User is obliged to keep in mind that:

d. the Manager is not responsible for the conduct adopted by users while navigating the website;
e. the Manager assumes no responsibility for the transmission of any viruses and otherwise harmful content originating from third parties to the PC of the user.
By accessing the Service, also, the User agrees:
a. not to use the Service and the relevant material to prosecute illegal purposes or as a means to disseminate or distribute in any way material or content involving the commission of illegal activity;
b. not to use the Service to interrupt, damage or render less efficient a part or the whole of it or in order to harm in any way the effectiveness or functionality of the Service;
c. not to use the Service for the transmission or placement of viruses or any other material that is defamatory, offensive, obscene or threatening or that somehow can create annoyance, inconvenience or any prejudice;
d. not to use the Service in order to constitute a violation of people or companies (including, but not limited to, the rights of copyright or confidentiality);
e. not to use the Service to send advertising and/or promotional material without the written permission of the Manager.
Third parties products and services
If the Manager provides hyperlinks to third-party websites, such links are not an endorsement by the Manager for any type of product or Service provided by the websites. The use of such links is entirely at the responsibility and risk of the User and the Manager accepts no responsibility or liability for the content, use or availability of such websites.
The Manager has not made and does not carry out checks on the veracity, accuracy, reasonability, reliability and completeness of the contents of such websites.
The Manager reserves the right to ask to be removed at any time the links to this website if unwanted or if they may penalize the website and its contents.
The Manager, or the relevant owner, retains all rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents as well as any other intellectual property right) in relation to all information provided on or via this website (including all texts, graphics and logos).
The use of the website and the application is purely personal and non-commercial (except in the case of regularly agreed partnerships).
It's, therefore, prohibited to copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, publish, or distribute the content or brands on the website and the application to third parties for commercial or other nature purposes. The User, for purely personal purposes and never for commercial ones, has the right to download texts or other content of the website and disclose them provided that it explicitly and clearly specifies their source. The User can also download banners and logos placed in pre-defined sections of "download" on the website for personal purposes and never for commercial ones, except where there is otherwise stated clearly in correspondence of the content in question.
Messages sent to the Manager by e-mail are not secure. The Manager recommends not to send any confidential information via e-mail. Choosing to send messages via e-mail, the User accepts the risk that they may be intercepted, modified and used for misuse by third parties.
Minimum conditions to use the Service
In order to use the Service, the User must be able, at its own expense and burden, to access the World Wide Web (Internet), either directly or via tools that allow access to content located on the Web. In addition, it is necessary that the User has the necessary equipment for connection to the World Wide Web, including, for example, a computer, a modem/router and all that is required for the connection.
Neither the Manager nor any of its employees or representatives are liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including lost profits (even if the Manager has been advised of the possibility thereof) arising in any way including but not limited to, (i) any defects, viruses and any other malfunctions caused to any system and other software as a result of access or use of this Service (II) information provided by or through the Service, (III) interception, modification or misuse of the information sent to the Manager or to the User, (IV) failure or non-availability of this Service, (V) improper use of this Service, (VI) loss of data, (VII) downloading or use of any software made available through this Service, or (viii) claims of third parties regarding the use of this Service.
It is also understood that the Manager, in no event, may be liable for any damage suffered by the User as a result of the use of the information provided.
Due to the peculiarity of the MARINENVIRONMENT service, it is necessary to specify that the Manager cannot guarantee, and cannot therefore be held in any way responsible for the information relating to the marine environment and its accuracy. Any parameter errors, model approximations as well as simplifications may lead to partially or completely unsafe information. Therefore, the Manager is in no way responsible for any damage suffered by the User for using the Service.
The exclusion of liability also relates to the remuneration of directors and employees of the Manager.
Guarantees. Service Level Agreement
The Manager does not guarantee local, timing and quality availability of the internet infrastructure required for the data transfer and, in particular, it does not guarantee that the operations relating to the Service can be performed within a predetermined period of time.
The Personal Data of the Users collected by the Manager through the Service will be processed in accordance with the local regulations and, in particular, Legislative Decree 196/2003. It is understood that the User, whenever the Manager will collect the Personal Data through the website, will be invited to read Art. 13 of the above-mentioned Legislative Decree 196/2003, which will be provided for this purpose by the owner, and to give any required processing consent.

This Service, the mobile application and these terms and conditions are governed by and prepared in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions will be settled by the Court of Lecce.
In the event of discrepancies or differences of interpretation between the various versions of these terms and conditions, it will prevail the Italian version.
The Manager reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the information provided on this website and in the application or through them, including the terms of these terms and conditions. It is recommended to periodically review the website and these terms and conditions to assess the changes.
